Areas of practice include general defense, automobile accidents, construction defects, premises liability, products liability, professional liability (legal malpractice, medical malpractice, E&O liability, etc.), toxic torts, first-party insurance (including breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, breach of contract, violations of the Insurance Code, etc.), coverage evaluations, contract law, employment law, general insurance law and litigation, municipal claims, transportation claims and litigation, subrogation, and business collections.

Our primary emphasis is insurance, commercial and professional defense representation. We currently provide legal services to insurance companies, Fortune 500 Companies, trucking companies, construction firms, corporations, hospitals, healthcare companies and professional groups and business owners.
